for anyone that thinks of getting an SD spoiler, take your stock one off first and observe underneath and the years of accumulated filth. i have this perfect black outline of where the stock one fits, nothing wrong with that, however, the SD sits a little further back thus you can see the line in the front where the OG used to be. also it does use stock mounting holes, but you do have to drill 2 extra holes for the sides. but it does look awesome and to me its worth it to be set apart from all the other GP's here

... spoiler is at the paint shop now, 250 for prep and paint. yay!

i tried the buffing thing too and it didnt work that well. i ended up masking a bunch of it off, sanding it down and hitting it with some primer so that it doesnt rust anymore (i was having a little surface rust develop).

my wing (slp gen1) is held on by two or thee screws total. i couldnt get the others to line up and i didnt want to modify anything. hasn't flown off yet.

that sounds almost scary, why didnt it line up?

i dunno. i guess they vary from wing to wing about being within specs, but its on there solid and it is in the right position so i cant complain any.

mine lined up fine, however i didnt feel like drilling holes for the sides. i get my spoiler back from the paint shop tomorrow morning, cant wait to see it

wheels and spoiler look very nice! i have on 06 gt s/c i have those wheels but they're not polished, you dont see to many of those around i reall want some
