Guys Need Help! 8.5 degrees of knock on a Stock Motor?

Hey hit the beltway today and wot to get out of a heavy traffic lane and saw 8.5 of knock whoa is that normal? the more i wot the lower it went tho is that normal? got to my destanation pop the hood to check a couple things on my aeroforce its telling my i have 2 sometimes 4 misfires i might have a vaccum leak being as my boost gauge shows only 5.5 or 6 psi of boost on my gauge could it be vac leak? oil havent reached the 3k mark so that shouldnt be the issue i also noticed last night i was in the passenger seat in the car wiring some things and felt a lot of vibration could it be motor mounts any help would be appreciated also the ses light came on while i was at wot and stayed on
 


sounds like false knock, car needs to have the regular maintenance done first. It doesn't sound like the car is not operating as it should so you need to figure out the vibrations and check the ses lights first.
 
i think it is false knock as well because yesterday everything was fine... could it be the motor mounts other than the vac issues could the mounts be replaced with better ones take care of the vibration im getting or flipping them would help? plugs are getting changed tommorrow, ses light only comes on at wot tho never me just routine "no heavy foot" driving
 
guessing is pointless when the ses light will at the very least will tell you where to start. Didn't mean to be rude earlier either
 


5+ kr stock seems normal to me.

Though vibrations arent normal and make sure you are running 91+ pump gas.


6ish psi stock is normal too, get a real gauge and do a smoke test on the vacuum lines to rule out vacuum leaks.
 
Update on the issue: P0301 misfire on cylinder 1 gotta replace the coil might as well replace all spark plugs while I'm at

I was gonna get either ac delcos or durulast anybody ever use durulast? 25.99 at my local parts store can't beat that price just don't want s@#$$y wires
 


Replaced vac hose that was broken, replaced cylinder 1 and 4 didn't even have to change plugs but will keep plugs for future engine work I do SES light is off for now:cool:
