I like the foam the factory put in. Oh ya btw car needs a alternator and brake lines, rear busted last week. Nows the time to put everything on that iv ordered for over a year (well almost everything on ). Pinch weld on the inner is still pretty strong, gives me a good base. Forming the metal by the rear tires now thats gonna be fun. Start date is sat 9/21/13

Hope the brake lines turn out good. My brake lines from the resonator back rusted and blew out, paid $700 to get new lines put in.

That looks like a pretty pimpin flare tool.
I just practiced a couple bubble flares and double flares before I did my brothers 96 Jeep.
Worked out great.
