Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

other people's cars that makes you cry

Saw a GT2 leaving Walmart parking lot. Lots of dark grey smoke following the car. Also I'm not sure what the original color is as front was white and back was silver but the driver door was black and both of passenger side doors were mostly brown.

GT2 isn't a common car. Yet it's being treated like a common clunker :th_sick1:

Have you seen any car recently that makes you want to strangle the owner?

Yup the other day I seen a red 04 just like mine with stick on hood scoops. Almost made me wreck looking at it. To bad it was going the opposite direction or I would of stopped and talked some sense into the driver.

GT2 isn't a common car? Since when?

And it's only a GP. It's not like it's a neglected Ferrari.

There's a guy I see frequently with a Subaru WRX. It's around an '02 model and was a beautiful car. Silver, with tons of aftermarket mods. It was sitting on a local dealerships lot before he got it in pristine condition. Next time I see it, it's been junked to hell. It's now currently in 3 different colors, depending on what color the car was they scavenged body panels off and under the hood it looks like a rats nest. It's been that way for a couple years now at least.

Living in a small town, I see **** we would call ricer 5 years ago. Everything is behind the times here. I actually had a friend walkup to me and say "you know what I just found out? 9\11 was an inside job!" Anyways, I see horrible body kits mounted way wrong or hanging off the car, blinking lights with ****ty subs, bench-seat spoilers, anything you can think of. I always ask questions about their cars or stereos and laugh at the responses. "Is that sub DVC?' some answers: "only when I set it to be on my radio" "Oh yea, it's the best of everything." If they say yes, I'll say "oh, cool what do you have wired to?" Answer: "an amp." People put there fuses for their power wires in the trunk, so they have a live power wire leading out of the fender, around the door hinge, back into the door sill (pinching the wire), out of the rear door sill, over the back seat, and into the trunk through the holes the back seat "hooks" go through...with no fuse. They say I don't know what I'm talking about because "it's been fine so far."

I could go on an on, I've seen more than one car burn down lately...

There's no such thing as a rare grand prix around here... It's like the most common car here at grand prix headquarters USA.

Awhile ago when I was making a quick trip to ZZP I got behind a new beautiful Subuaru Impreza WRX STI. The non-hatchback style with the signature blue colour and all. I was thinking sweet. Then he took off and was absolutely billowing white smoke out the back, and it sounded like hell. And he was just driving along all normal like. I mean for all I know he was planning on heading directly to a shop to fix it but it still bothered me.

Im pretty immune to seeing grand prixs in disarray. They're old cars now and its expected, that and the scene has degraded into such crap it also makes things like spoilers on top of spoilers, 3.4 pullies on stock setups, stupid exhaust setups, crap bodywork with tons of rust, and other stupid crap seem normal.

I saw the GT2 part and instantly thought of Porsches lol

This was my thought exactly. But a 911 is at the top of my Dream car list so yea. When I saw the title I was already headed down that road, because I don't really care about the clunky beaters around me, I live in the Oklahoma Hill-billy Capital so I could go on and on about beaters and they make me sad for the owner, but never would I shed a tear. Most people could own a nicer car if they really wanted to, but they don't want to give up other vices in trade.

Example, I work parts (as most of you know) for a GM Dealership. I hear people gripe about our parts being too expensive all the time and that they can't afford to fix the car so they will sell it and buy something else... but they will go down the street to the Casino and throw money away like its nothing. Stop wasting money and you could fix your car!
A friends own parents have to ask him for money because they will blow bill money at the Casino and on junk food and then come to him to take care of them. They drive one of those beaters, and I feel no pity.
