'04 Grand Prix - Radio quite working after new windshield was put it

I had to replace my windshield and ever since then I have not been able to get the stock radio or any radio to work. The stock radio would still light up (just the knobs and buttons) but the screen would not light up or turn on. I tried installing a new Pioneer radio thinking the stock one may have just died, but that one as well is getting no power to it. I tested it in another car and it worked fine.

Has anyone had any issues like this or possibly know what I can check for?

I'm sorry, I forgot to put that in the original post. I did check the fuses. The one for the radio was blown, tried putting a new one in and it blew it right away. Actually i tried that twice, it blew the fuse both times.
 
Well then there is a short to ground somewhere along the wire from the fuse box to the plug for the radio, looks like you get to do some investigative excavating looking for the nick in that wire.
