bill is right for most newer cars but if you really love a car you restore it. and that will cost more than this Gp is worth at this point in time. give it 15 years and maybe it will be worth it. Most cars never reach any real money like a 70 Hemi Cuda. so chances are this will be a rust heap of a car for many years.
 
I'm 2k into my car and got another 1000 to go to finish painting it.

you could spend 35k in paint IF you want it perfect but 1k is about right for a DD. and to help cut cost PREP IT YOUR SELF it will shave off some bucks too.
 


Yea lol with RM automotive paint and me helping paint the car, paying for the paint only with a glamour clear, it'll be $950 to redo the paintjob, that includes taking off the single stage on the bumpers mirrors hood and decklid and repainting all that but we aren't including labor into that so at any other shop it would run me about 4k for the same paint job same paint but wayne said he'd do it if I had the cash. I love small bodyshops

You know Danielle, a week ago I would have said oh noes *tear* keep the GP what are you doing??

But. Monday I broke 4th gear and the idea of selling the sob and getting something else is absolutely positively delightful. :) keep that in mind lol.
 
How much longer do you guys think these will last. I just went to Canadian Tire and they said it'll be a week till next truck comes in.

That's good to hear. I am just a little concerned about them and apparently can't get tires till end of next week. I just hope one doesn't blow out.
 
as long as you dont try to get away from the cops you be fine. My sunbird had crack on the tread and they were deep I was able to drive it but i drove it to the tire shop. They did have a funny look on there face when they took off them tires. they told me i was luck that they help up so your fine lol
 
Wow, I was thinking they were done but apparently there not that bad. One less thing to worry about, for now, haha. I'm still gonna replace them soon. Thanks for the advice.

i would not be doing any high speed driving with those tires, but they will last another week, they looked this bad for some time now, that didnt happen over night.
