anywhere from just under 1* to around 1.5* is typical for a 'stock' alignment. the rear will have noticeably more camber than the front at all times.

Hoping for the second problem you said.Then pull back the carpet in the trunk and look at the strut towers, if they are rusting away thats part of the issue.
Otherwise if thats not the issue, then you need new rear struts and an alignment.
