whats the dumbest comment someone said about your grand prix

Neighbor has a Trailblazer with a 5.3L in it. Her now ex husband would constantly let her know he needed to add oil A few times the lifters ticked and she understands that noise means add oil. One day we were getting ready to head somewhere and she says, "my car is making the add oil noise, can you help me". I add 4 quarts to get it to show on the dispstick, 5th quart tops it off. That's 5 quarts on a 6 or so system. I remind her that she doesn't have money to get a new engine and that it is easier for her to add some oil and keep an eye on it than a motor.

Yesterday "my car is low on oil, can you help me?". I reply sure "pick up 5 quarts of 5w-30, cheap stuff is fine". Never heard from her after that.

Reading between the lines.. me working on cars and him being an ex at this point.. He was adding, no longer worries about her vehicle.

Speaking of.. He's 52, she's 36. His new girlfriend is 18, was a friend of exwifes daughter.
 
now that guys doing it right, but how he can deal with a 18 year old's version of communication is beyond me.

at the age hes at a 18 year old is good for one thing only.

i saw a guy that was 60 trying to act 18 im thinking wtf dude your a grand father why do you want to ware your grand kids close?
