Well for those of you that care... heres the story of my 1992 300zx converted to Twin Turbo.

It started off with the purchase of a 1990 300zx with parts for a complete TT swap (it was NA originally) ended up selling the shell after stripping the goodies from it.



and then the engine that came with the "parts" car



tore the engine down and had it machined





painted block up


Honed cylinder walls


polished crankshaft



Pistons in


strapped the heads and lower intake mani back on


coming together



engine pretty much complete turbos strapped on aswell


lightweight flywheel, heavy duty clutch, and divorced downpipes


bay ready for engine and trans



engine dropped in



mounting the big front mount


deleted crap



FMIC shot, really coming together now



gauges and boost controller



full exhaust!


maiden voyage



i pulled the top half back apart to upgrade injectors and clean everything up

I ditched the black wheels because im hoping for 475rwhp on 19~20 pounds of boost, not much sense running around on 225s LMAO
i also ditched the body kit, and am in the process of cleaning it up a bit, just have to finish braking in the engine first.

thanks man, i liked how it turned out!
and i havnt been able to go WOT and ive limited the car to 3lbs of boost for break in reasons :P

but even at these power levels it pulls hard and turbo spool plus blow off valves... it'll make you drool

you mean the GTP or the Z? the Z is already intercooled :cool:
but some heads might be in the future for the Z we will have to see, as of now thats more than enough power for me tho

I was saying for the z but if you have intercool we already which I forgot cause you posted pic of it, just throw some heads on there and zoooooom haha
