Looks like the evap piece, but I have never traced mine back far enough to see if there's a sensor on it like that one and I believe the L36's have a straight quick connector not a 90 like you have pictured there... Did you not take it off the car? Did it just fall off from somewhere? LOL 
If it has a part number on the valve piece you can cross reference it on RockAuto to see what comes up to give you an idea. I've done that for a couple sensors on my wife's Hyundai.
