That is the PCV top cover.

From what I've heard meth will strip the rotors on a Gen 3 which is in your picture. I'm unsure about a Gen 5 as the coatings are different.

you're wrong, bill. very wrong. meth will do nothing to the rotors and they strip by themselves because GM sucked at coating them correctly.

i ran a butt ton of meth through my blower with zero ill effects except for an eye scalding smell.
 
So I'm scrolling through unread threads on my phone and it shows the first few words from the last post and all I could see was the words "you are wrong bill," and I've never seen that before so I had to stop and read this thread
 


no.

mount it before the rotors, after the throttle plate. i put mine in the 'neck' of the blower. lots of people use a spacer and run the nozzle there.
