5% Window Tint

you guys don't have publicized laws in relation to window tinting? I know where I live we have a pretty explicit law in regards to window tinting, especially the front windows

Ontario's tint law is 35% last time i checked. i have 20% and havent got hassled since i always keep the sunroof open. 5%= you getting pulled and the $110 ticket

Last time I checked Ontario had no specific amount. Everywhere it says "must be vague" or something in that manner. Where other provinces will specifically say some like 35% front and 5% rear.

I think I'm going to go with 20% front 5% rear. I had 20% in my old car and sometimes wished it was darker but overall was pretty dark and with having 5% rear will add to the darkness.

Tbh they can pull u over anytime since the law does state no coloured covering over windows. I know a couple cops and they dont bother for 35 and above. Iv known people with 5 and the cop scraped it off on the side of the road

Damn, I just had my windows tinted and stayed legal going 45% all around. I wanted to go 20% but was worried about not passing inspection and getting fines.
