lose of power burning oil and black smoke

Have a 2002 gtp with 90,000 on it.. been noticing alittle lose of power and have been burning through oil pretty good and sometimes black smoke will come out the exhaust. Anyone have any ideas what this could be?
 


Can you please fill us in on the maintenance of the vehicle, meaning has any been done? Did you have the recall on the valve cover gasket done? Is the oil leaking or burning? If it's burning, is it burning in the motor or off the motor?

As for maintenance it's done everything changed and stuff on time.. the recall im not sure because I bought the car with 64,000 on it. Not leaking oil it smells like it's burning oil
 


Ok then....99% sure you have a valve cover leak. Call a dealership with your vin to see if the recall was ever done on teh car. If not..schedule it to go in.
