What Plug/Gap

Have a 1998 GTP with the following mods...

1999 Intake Box and Coolant Reservoir
180 T-Stat
3.4 Intense Pulley
K@N Box Filter w/Gutted Airbox
ZZP 3" DP wo/cat or resonator, only mufflers
ZZP 1.0 PCM
ZZP 02 Emulator

I just want to know the best plug for these mods? I had a set of NGK
TR55's but look to go to some Autolite 605's

What 1/4 mile times could one expect?

Go with the Autolite 605's and you can gap them at 0.055. I dont know what your times would be though, Im not really good at guessing that sorta thing.

Probably low 14's high 13's at best.

LOL, it would seem.

The reason I recommended the 605's is because I ran the 104's with a near identical set up as his and I ran rich and you could see it in the plugs too.
