dic lights,radio lights hud display..not working but is it a big deal if they dont?

hello i'm looking to buy a 2001 gtp special edition for 5k but the heads up,radio display,dic dont light up..but i dont know if thats a big deal?..it has 100k on it..nice gp..whats your opinion?..

The radio worked but the display didnt light up..not sur about the fuses i was on a test drive, so didnt think about checking them..
 
The radio backlight bulb is probably burned out. They are no more than $7 and about 30-45 minutes to change it.
The DIC could be a couple of things. Could be burned out backlight bulbs (3 of them) or a bad circuit in the ignition switch. If the blower fan for the heat/AC works then it's burned out bulbs.
 
My DIC doesn't work either. how can I tell if the bulbs are bad or not and where can I buy them. I'm guessing they are tiny.
 


Door chime will chime if the light switch is unplugged. Give it a check to make sure it has good connections.

Please elaborate on AC doesn't work.
Blower work?
No cold Air?
No hot air?

Sorry. The blower motor doesnt work. The AC panel works and I can turn AC temp up and down but blower motor does nothing.

I checked the plug and its good. All my exterior light work except my DRL and fog light. When I turn on the head light none of the DIC lights come on and nether does my AC blower. I swaped out mu ING 1 relay with another (same like) one and still the same issue. And my TCS light stay on no matter what.

So now I found out that if I wiggle the main fuse box under the hood my interior lights come on and stay one WTH?!?!?! Can anyone proved some info??
 
sounds like u have a short somewhere. maybe loose connections or loose ground. or even a faulty ground. not an expert just what was going through my head lol.

That was my guess to I just wanted to see if anyone else has had the same issue before.
 
Thats going to be a looong day. I love me car I just got it like 2 weeks ago but the guy I got it from screwed me over. Come to find out its a title wash. That why Im having so many issue with the car. And that's an even longer story. Thanks for all the info!!!!
