My first street race against a 4 cylinder accord stock

About a year and a half ago I was on my way to work and was speeding down this street that is more a drag strip than anything else. It is the perfect place to drive fast if you can block off both ends of the street and a lot of cars normally drive fast there. Anyways, this particular day there were hardly any cars on the road despite it being in the morning on a weekday. I was doing about 70 mph and there was a lonely little accord, an 07 model I believe farther down the road. He saw me as I was coming up to him and he decided to speed up. There was a truck in my lane farther down the road and so I TRIED to speed up and pass this little 4 cylinder accord so I can get in front of him to pass the truck. No luck lol. I was about a half a car in front of him and I could no go any faster. I had to slow down, get behind him, pass the truck and then I was able to pass. He stopped speeding afterwards. I was so embarrassed:th_embarassed:. I never did that again lol. I know some people look at a win is a win even if you win by a hairs length but for me a win is if the car is at least one cars length behind.
 


So to you, you lost. To me you were stupid, but its all in good fun until you have a head on collision. Story definetly needs more dragons to earn cool status.
 
I don't see how I can have a head on collision when there is a concrete median in the middle of the road, but oh well.

Well...by the logic of this thread...

The dragon could have picked up your car and slung it into the concrete median, head on.

Therefore.
