Yes they will fit.

They will also need modification to fit good.

You may have to grind down a piece of the tranny case where the crossover goes over.

Also get the y pipe welded to the rear header and crossover when in.
 
Sweet, then I did good with these cheapo knock-offs. I was agonizing over spending $400-500 for the others. Now I can buy the exhaust to go with it and still come out cheaper than just the name brand headers.
 
If it's Japanese stainless ( which I doubt....more than likely Chinese ), I won't need to worry. Chinese stainless on the other hand. Oh well, for the price, I will give it a shot.
 


Ugh already had someone bring me a set of these and say they were speeddaddy's... took one look and knew but tried to install anyways, the front header points right at the tranny making the rest not line-up right so expect some cutting and welding.
 
If there is a chance of them rusting out then you might as well spray the whole setup with high temp paint to try and prolong the life of the Headers. Just a thought
