Not quite that high, but it took a few turns of the adjuster to get it even with the drivers side which seems about right.

I really need to go out to a parking lot with a clear view to a wall and measure it. I can't can't remember off the top of my head but the top of the beam is supposed to be so high at 30'

Its really easy to adjust, i remember on our GP its easy and on any GP it is. Our neighbor as a Altima and its a pain just to adjust cause you got to take this cover off just to get to the little nob to twist so you can move the reflectors up and down.
 
^^ya, sad thing is about 5 years ago when we had the GP and a car for the first time we got these aftermarket halogen bulbs that were suppose to be bright (Which later we found out its all junk and got HIDs like a few months later). We saw that the one was higher than the other and kept on messing around with the headlights untill about a few hours later after messing up our headlights we saws that nob thing and ask a guy what its for and he said to adjust the reflectors which would make the headlights high or lower. So stupid but hey at least we figured it out. Now 5 years later its easy to adjust even in our SUV.
