We cut the old one out, cut the new one to fit. we used 3m panel bonde on the top and bottom and welded both. Then body work is to come

Looks like you are doing a bang up job, How much did you pay for the car and do you think all that work is needed when you can probably piece it out and get more than what you paid.

where are u located in minnesota?

What is a bang up job?? LOL i paid $375 for the car lol. It will look like SH*T if you piece it together. Just replace the whole thing while you at it. i bought mine from ebay and VERY good workmanship. Pieceing it together means more body work ie fiberglass, glaze etc... 1997 03 Grand Prix 4DR Outer Rocker Panels New Pair | eBay.

It's nice to see it fixed and not sent to the junk yard all the work you have done looks great can't wait to see it when its all done

Made more progress, got the quarter panel bonded on and started welding it up. Also doing some fab work to patch the rust on the front inner rocker. Then to put the new outter rocker on and get it off to paint.
