Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

ZZP's rocker spacers/adapters for their cyl heads, good move?

I'm planning to put my stage 4 heads on soon, and since I bought some yella terra 1.8's with stok replacement PR's I really don't want to buy another set, much less have te downtime of ordering another set. Are the spacers that ZZP sells any good? If it properly and reliably fixes the issue with the longer valves, I have no issue with buying them, plus they're cheaper than buying new PR's.

Ok cool, thanks guys. Anyone here running YT rockers with them, or is it not possible? I have 1.8's that I would have liked to install them with, but I don't know if I can run them with the PR's they come with as I'm also running an NIC. I'm in the process of emailing with zoomer, and he says I'll need stronger PR's and he says the 5/16th's rocker bolts are too weak. Is that the case with ARP bolts?

150 springs = upgrade rocker studs.

YT's are the worst on rocker bolts, stock would be better. You are going to have to measure for custom pushrods AFTER you get the shims in (the shims fix the valve issue, not the pushrod issue).

ZZP heads are really starting to be more trouble then they're worth. I don't really want to deal with the downtime of putting everything together only to wait on pushrods in the mail. Is there a "rule of thumb" in terms of what size PR's people use with stage 4 heads and an XP/NIC?

technically with stock rockers they need to be longer the same height as the shim. YT's have different pushrod requirements, and they suck.

130s with stock rockers and shims would probably be the best deal... trade the YT's in for more power and money for new pushrods.

You think I'll be reasonably safe to use stock PR's until the new ones come in the mail? Or am I going to sling metal in my oil galleys?

EDit- like for a day or two with low rpm operation.

Problem here is each motor is a bit different and measuring is the proper method.

I see a way around this, order a couple different pushrod lengths and return what you don't need. I'm pretty sure I have a longer set of Intense rods laying around. You can have them if you need them.

Like he said!

Get the proper PR length... It eliminates chance!
Just sayin!
