Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

I made this write up in 2009 for a local forum. You're welcome.

What it does: Raises the voltage of your factory alternator by .6 (or 1.2 for a stage 2), which results in:
Brighter headlights
More power from your factory stereo or aftermarket amps
Increased voltage to your fuel pump
Ensures the coil pack operates at it's full potential
Better heated seat performance
Improved rear defrost performance

Cost: $17.99 + shipping from ZZPerformance.com
Skill level required: 1/10 (You have to be able to find your alternator)
Applications: 96-2004 compatible (Does not work with '05+ Grand Prixs', 97-98 Grand Am, 97 LeSabre or 96/97 Bonneville)
Options: Stage 2 (Designed for race applications only)

Step 1: Order online at ZZPerformance.com

Step 2: Wait for shipping (Took me 4 days because of a blizzard the 3rd day)

Step 3: Open box

Step 4: Open Plastic package inside box and remove the voltage booster

on the series 2 cars, or at least mine, it is a pain to do because the connector is on the bottom of the alternator.

I have installed this. I found one on an alt I found at the yard. Didn't notice difference until I installed an alt rewire I made myself. So now which works the volt booster or alt rewire.......

It's garbage... Higher voltage = Less Amperage or less ummmmph! There are no magic pills, the Diaode gimmick may boost voltage on a meter, but it's smoke & mirrors. Only way to get more power is to change alternator. Thanks for listening ; )
