ZZP SS Intercooler

Im purchasing a ZZP SS IC in the next few weeks. What stage FMHE Would be ideal? do I need to remove the air dam thats behind the front fascia? ill be using the Flojet 3.2 GMP pump Anything else I should get to complement the kit?(like a reservoir?) I only plan to do this as my last mod and drop to a 3.4 pulley maybe a 3.25(the lowest pulley on the SSm90 kit. Thanks
 


I use the ss IC I regret buying it ... Ddnt help too much really heat soaks pretty good when ur at a light ... Go fullsize IC..

I CAN't GO FULL SIZE. lol I have a ZZP M90 KIT I HAVE TO USE A SS INTERCOOLER. Can anyone answer my questions other then say go fullsize? Im ready to order,Thanks

Soo what ur saying is that you cant got with a full size IC cause you have a SS m90 kit? :th_laugh-lol3:

just get a stage2or3 FMHE and call it a day
 
To answer your questions... the biggest FMHE you can find.

reservoir is a very good idea for bleeding the lines and having more fluid system. the idea being having enough fluid and the right GPM rated pump so that you have "cool" coolant for the entire quarter mile run.

And sell your SSM90 kit, do a top swap, get a full size IC and be done with it already... Oh and perhaps some rockers or a cam while you're at it. :p

Thanks for the info, As of now im happy to run the 3.25 pulley that it can run. I think this will will be the last of my modding. atleast for awhile. Id go turbo before I went to a top swap just to run a 3.0 pulley setup.


Thanks for the responses. Anyone know where to pick up a plastic Reservoir? alls I see are metal ones. I checked out the cobra forums to no avail
 


Bringing this one back from the dead, Fast forward The IC is installed. Im going to be doing a reservoir. I picked up a universal from Autozone, the cap isnt pressurized. Do I need a pressurized unit? The videos I see on You tube show guys using the 99 style GP coolant bottles. But when I pull the T fill cap it is pressurized. so Im a tad on the fence on which way is correct.
