zzp pcm help

i put a zzp pcm in my 99gtp. the guy said he had it in his 99 also. same mods, but pcm says its for 2000. anyway, it started making my rpm go up n down bout 300 rpms n finally killed my batt n wouldnt stay running. i put the original pcm back in and jumped it and is running fine. what is wrong?
 


That's what I meant...I had 5 ZZP PCM's...they were all bad...and stuck in programming mode. They never fixed the issue either.
 
My zzp pcm was pretty good nothing wrong with it? I wouldnt say it was th best but it did its job
