I have a 3" zzp catless dp and i intermittently get a ses light for the code 1133 HO2S insufficient switching sensor 1 I was wondering if the dp is the problem i have changed the o2 sensor and that did not help:th_scratchhead: any input is appreciated
 


I think i may have figured out my problem. I have a zzp pcm with a generic tune on it and from what i have read it is for a 3.4" setup. Since i am running a 3.5 with a few supporting mods i am not getting the enough air in the engine for the fuel that the pcm is sending. That is causing me to run rich (i have verified that with a scanner) and not switch to lean therefor tripping the inciffent switch code. Any one think i have got it down or should i look else where?
 
I ran a generic ZZP tune on my car with just a CAI and stock pulley, so I was running a lot richer than you and yet that code never popped up for me.
 
Hmm hopefully its not an injector screwing up i don't feel like buying new ones i might find the problem some day
