Zzp cat back exhaust?

Hey guys...so I've kinda been wanting to put a cat back exhaust on my 04 gtp....but the only one in finding is from zzp...and it's close to $1000 for the darn thing...I think that's kinda outrageous for just a cat back ..does anyone know of any other options? Or have experience with the zzp and is it worth it? What kinda power upgrade am I looking at if any? I'm working towards the smaller pulley and few other bolt ons...but zzp telling me I need to do exhaust and other support mods first.

If you're handy you can do it for much less. My exhaust is 3" all the way with a 4" resonator and 3" Magnaflow mufflers. It sounds great, nice low rumble, no droning on the highway.

I'm about $300-$350 into the exhaust. If you have a U Pick scrapyard near you, look for GMC Savanna 2500s - they came with stock 3" exhaust. I found 2 and cut the pipe off after the muffler - that gave me all the bends I needed. I bought a 10ft length of 3" for the straights.

I'm fortunate that I have a welder so that's a big advantage. If you're handy and a little resourceful, you don't need to spend big bucks on exhaust. No one sees it anyways

trubendz or however they spell it. I haven't looked at it for a long time, but they used to be like 450 or so. also, the catback has very little influence on dropping pulley sizes. downpipe is a common mod and needed for a pulley drop.
