XM stations on HUD 08 GXP

I was wondering if anyone knows how to get the stations to show up on the HUD like I've seen in multiple video's via youtube. I contacted the dude in the video, and he said he purchased his 06 gxp new and it always showed. Was this feature discontinued for 08? Can anyone with a 08 confirm that the xm stations show on their HUD? I have the single cd monsoon unit. Thanks in advance...
 


So does anyone know if this is a headunit related thing, or is the HUD different in the later years? The radio has been replaced since my original post with a new one from the dealership (under warranty because the bulb burned out) so I don't believe the radio itself is the problem.
