The mouse on my laptop randomly stopped working today... I slept it because I was going to sleep. Then I decided I couldn't sleep so I got it back out. It worked fine at the login screen where you type your password, but once it loaded the desktop it just stopped? Everything else works and I shut it down and restarted it in safe mode w/ networking and the mouse works fine but it doesn't work when it's not in safe mode...:th_shakinghead2: Its an Asus UL something with Windows 7. Any help is appreciated..
 


Go into safemode and rollback the driver. If that doesn't work hook up a wired mouse and reinstall the factory mouse driver. If it works in safemode then its a driver compatibility issue.
 


I'd prefer you said from me and didn't judge the good folks that are on this board that way. I'm sarcastic...and I laughed. :th_thumbsup-wink:
