Won't Start After Intake Gaskets, Has Spark,Fuel, and Air

Hello,

I'm posting this for my father because at this point I think he is ready to pull his hair out, He has also been working on cars for years. Here is the problem, He did Intake manifold gaskets on it, Also replaced the Supercharger gasket. Put it all back together and now the car just cranks and cranks and sometimes seems like It wants to start but it never actually gets to that part. The car has fuel, Spark and Air, Fuel pump is working we can hear it, all the injectors are spraying cause we pulled the fuel rail and cycled the pump. At this time we have already replaced the fuel pressure regulator cause when pulling the plugs the seem to be wet. Since we are about out of ideas we are trying the security test (try and start the car, then leave the key on for 10 mins, Shut the key off for 5 seconds and then try and crank again I can say it doesn't seem to be working, What else would keep the car from not starting? I read in another forum that someone replaced the IAC sensor and their car ran like a champ. I've suggested this to my father as well as the TPS and a few other things and his response is all the same, "None of those things would keep the car from actually starting but would just make it run bad". So does anyone know where we are going wrong with this thing? This car has about cost me a job and its really needed and he is about out of ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We've checked the wires and plugs and all that stuff, The one thing he did mention though is when the key is on, the car has fuel pressure coming out the shrader valve on the front of the fuel rail but when the key is off its just a dribble and my father says it should retain some fuel pressure when the key is off. Also when cranking it, It has once or twice backfired out the intake but it doesn't do it every time we crank it. Any idea's what this ghost is or how to catch it?

Much Thanks

why did you do the lim gaskets in the first place? maint? or was it running poorly before hand?

heres a plus diagram to double check the plug wires with.

and a vacuum line diagram. a bad vac leak can keep it from running.

there should be lots of fuel spraying out the shrader valve. put a pressure gauge on it and see if its high enough, needs to be @42 lbs or more.

I think you mean there should NOT be fuel spraying out of the schrader valve with everything connected. Could be low fuel pressure at the injectors if losing fuel at the valve.

To check fuel, use some brake clean or such sprayed into the LIM under the snout.
To check spark.. well easy enough

It's not like you lost compression and these engines love to run. So if something is keeping if from starting.. it's going to be pretty simple.

1. Pull the plugs and leave the engine open overnight so if it's seriously flooded... it'll dry up.
