Wiring LED grill lights!!! Please help

The instructions bassicall say,

connect the black wire to a chassis grouind. Connect the red/blue wire to get power from a switched 12V source such as parking lights, tail lights, ect

heres what the wires look like

I have red, yellow, black, wire im assuming that the yellow and blue wire are the same...
I need to wire it up to a toggle switch so I have control. so im not sure where to wire them into get the power and ground it, the wires are pretty close together.....

could someone please help me so I can put these in
