New to the forum. Pretty impressed with what I have read, lots of good info. Looked for a thread on my issue but could not find.
My issue: Some jerk hit my daughters car and took off the passenger side mirror.
I ordered a replacement mirror and it has arrived.
On the carbody side it tore off the connector. I live in Chicago and my daughter is in Minneapolis and am planning on going there, and replacing her mirror while I am there.
My issue is if someone may have a wiring diagram for the carbody side, and probably the mirror since I do not know if the mirrors wire colors are correct.
Planning on cutting off the mirror connector and butt splicing/heatshrinking the connection due to ease and cost.
Don't want to waste my time with a test light figuring it out if someone may have a diagram.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
