The mod from over yonder
Well winter is now here in Northern Iowa. It started to snow last night and has not stopped we now have around 4" on the ground. This wouldn't be bad but my jeep is still not running and I have not fixed my sled yet. :th_tongue2:
 


Just need to put new freeze plugs in and figure out what is wrong with the coil and it should be ready to go. We ended up with about 7" of snow.
 
I am takin my sled in to get fixed this week. I just dont have the time to pull the engine and mess around with it. I miss driving my truck in the snow sliding around every where and bajhaing it threw the piles of snow in the middle of the road to get into parking lots.
 


You guys stink! Arkansas never really gets snow..just ice!!! And well I dont have a AWD car so its no fun haha
 
GA don't get jack but cold @$$ rain. Gonna be in Wisc. in Jan for a couple weeks. Maybe I'll get to se some snow then.
 
ya winter here to.Time to get the dogs and the sleds ready right!!! Right now its freaking cold out only -30C with the windchill!!oh well I must wait till it gets brighter out so I can do some ice fishing !!
 
i need some snow here, I love that stuff but we don't get it much anymore in Maryland...damn global warming, haha
 
Tell me about it. I remember waking up in the morning wit a fott of snow on the ground. Now you might see an inch.

I saw my fill of it when I lived in Tennessee. Could never live up north. Unless you're a kid, snow just isn't any fun. Cool to look at, but for that I can find pictures. :)
 
its awesome if you didn't have to go anywhere...... but when you're a kid it got you out of school, not happening in the adult world
 
I love winter! it's so beautiful,and even at -40.C. ya sure it can be a pain in the butt to drive anywhere at times but I love it.
 


I have my sled pretty much ready to go now. Fixed it with zip ties and a welder lol I should just have to drain the gas and put some new plugs in it. I can't wait till I can ride again.
 
Yeah, I hate winter. Went out and took a couple of winter pics of the Land Rover yesterday.

I dont hate winter here as long as I have my sled going or if the river is frozen so we can take the lifted golf cart into a restaurant on the river about 4 miles away.
