windshield wipers problem!!!!

So I just got a 2000 Pontiac grand prix gtp and it was raining the other day so I turned in my wipers on and they worked good but the left arm kept going off the windshield and hitting the side mirror. Idk what to do.is there some kind of alignment thing?
 


Motor isn't bad if it's just one wiper. Check that it's not loose. If the spline it sits on stripped out or it's loose, it can move positions like that. When both wipers screw up, that's typical of a motor or the module on it. Which it's easiest to swap the whole motor/module assembly.
