Windshield wipers go off the window

My windshield wipers keep going off the cars windshield and also criss cross and get stuck

sounds like the wiper arms are stripped or not tight. at the bottom of the arm is a cap, under it is a nut. take the nut off, them pop the arm off re set them, in the park position. aka down and off. snug the bolt up good.

if that doesnt work( but more than likely will), you could also check the wiper linkage by removing the plastic cover and checking all the bolts and bushings that go to the assembly from the wiper motor
