When I bought my 03 GTP, the wipers didn't squirt. When I checked the pump, the housing was actually broken (F'N PO). With mine, the wire harness tested good at the pump. Bought a new pump from Advanced Auto and still didn't work...Started testing wiring and switches all over, finally tested the new pump w/ batteries out of the car. The new pump was bad, so returned it and got one from AutoZone, and all good since.
Six monthes later, the wiper motor went out--which is not as easy to get to, take apart, or put back together. Anyway, after weeks of screwing w/ it off and on, turns out the wiper motor was good all along, it was a bad ground (engine compartment near bottom of driver wheel well--for wiper motor--I believe (?) pump has different ground).
The point you care about is, IIRC, (I'm quite sure) the wiper motor and the washer pump are wired separately, ie the wiper motor can work fine even when the washer pump is broken/bad wiring, and vice versa.
The new washer pump was <$15, if you have good power at the pump (and/or test pump w/ battery) and it doesn't squirt then its a bad pump (or possibly clogged line), if you dont have power at harness at pump, then its either bad wiring (double check ground) or bad switch (which costs so much I was about to just add a separate switch and wiring for the pump).
Good luck.
