Windows won't work

My husband left 06 GXP driver window down in the snow last winter and now I cannot get my trunk to open with the switch, none of my windows will go down, the power locks won't work. To top it off my drivers power seat will not move and my left tail light stopped working also. I have tested the switches and wires and everything is getting power.
I've gone through the Haynes manual and followed all the wires and not finding any bad wires
I am in need of some advice here please
