Window motor and regulator - how difficult?

Looks like the GT is finally on its way out and this is the last thing I need to do before taking payment. I'm just about to send a parts request to Ed for a new window motor and regulator and was wondering how difficult the install is going to be. Is there a write-up anywhere? (I couldn't find one) What tools/parts will be required? Anything in particular I should watch out for?

not hard at all except the space is limited, the glass unbolts, and it's 3 bolts (I think ,maybe 4) holding the regulator to the door
