Window malfunction

Well the drivers rear window is broken on my car. From what I can tell without removing the panel is that its still on its track and that the motor is working from what I can hear inside the door. What I believe is that whatever connects the window to the motor just came off. Could be a bolt or what not but I do not know as I've never really taken a door apart to repair this. Does anyone have a little insight as to whats in there?

The cables broke or the plastic tabs holding the cable did... you need to get a used window regulator. The door panel is held on by 2 screws (right by the door handle.. they have caps over them..pry em off.) ... then the rest of the panel is held on with push pins. Start at the bottom and gently pry around.

The regulator is only held on with like 4 bolts.

You can get used one for like $50 bucks either from Morad or zzp. I have replaced 3 of mine so far.

Ok I'll take it off to just verify. That really blows that it broke as I never use that window and it just one day was falling down. At least its not that hard to get to and cheap.
