I was given a set of 6x8 speakers, nearly new! Will they fit in the front doors at all???

They are Pioneer 6x* Coaxial Three Way
180W Max

Hopefully they are good speakers, gotta at least be better than the stockers that are spitting with any kind of volume and bass

they would not fit inside the door where the speakers are now, unless you did some cutting of the door and adding a 6x8 baffle. they might fit outside the door mounted to the plastic if you take the grill of the stock speaker housing and made a 6x8 baffle there, but you would also have to cut some plastic to make it mount right.

^^matt thats like sum1askin if they can put a 6x9 in there front door not goin to happen never the factory speakers are 2inches shallow for a reason so they dont hit tha windowwwww

in all honesty, without custom fabricating some kinda speaker mounts, anything you put in is going to rattle and sound like sh!t. so getting free 6x8's is just a good excuse to have custom door panels :th_thumbsup-wink: but that's just my 2 cents haha

The ****ing factory speakers do that so I don't get why ANYONE wants to put speakers in the doors without a proper enclosure....

but thats just me :th_jester:

You could get the aftermarket lower door trim that comes with a floor speaker cover. Some places even paint them for you. . .
