Will longer vac lines cause loss in Vacuum?

So I wanted to move my Vac line, from my TB to my EVAP purge valve, off of my supercharger. It required me to put a longer line on. The new line is probably 4-5 inches longer. Would this cause my vacuum to go from around 16 inHg to around 13.6 inHg?
This is the hose before:

Is that at a cold start up and idle? With it warmed up, it used to be around 18inhg and now warm its 16inhg. The only thing I changed was the vac line. And its been hotter outside since the change...(not sure if that'd have anything to do with it)

depends, when the car is HIGH idle the hg will be lower.

mines at like -17.9 ish, then once warm its -20.1

but now that its warmer, it dont go into high idle much anymore

Hmmm..so with the temp increase outside my vac should be higher. You said with a stock cam, Matt....what if it's not stock?
