Will AGX shocks be too aggressive?

I have an 02 GTP 40th Anniversary with about 70k on it.

When i bought it, i swapped used Moog front shocks to it and bought new/old stock Gabriel's from eBay for the rear. Well long story short, the rear struts are making crazy noises. Actually seems like the right rear now will knock side to side if i grab a hold of the tire with the car on the ground. I know I put the top nut on with an impact. They will make noise if i just bounce the rear, bouncing up and down.

Anyways, Ive narrowed it down to the KYB GR-2 or the KYB AGX.

This will be for everyday driving only during the summer. I plan on just doing just and only the rear for the time being but I am worried the AGXs will be way too stiff or aggressive with having the Moog struts still in the front. Researching, I have found there is a huge difference between the two struts.

Thoughts?

AGX all day long. on full soft they are a nice ride and on full firm they are quite responsive. Paired with a set of Eibachs and some upgraded sway bars, you'll enjoy how the car handles.

where in buffalo are you? I'm in WS/OP area.

I am worried about only putting them in the back but if I run them firmer than stock, that would help with understeer?

I'm in the Lancaster, Clarence area. Small world huh?
