Will a 4T65E got in a 97 car in place of a 4T60E?

A friend has a 1998 Lumina LTZ he has for parts and said I could have the trans for a spare if I want it. (I assume the LTZ uses the 4T65E trans) Will it direct drop in place in my 97 GP GT without sensor plug, axle, etc. isisues?
 


The two transmissions are electrically different and as TooFast mentioned the 4T60E has a vacuum modulator to control line pressure. The 97 GT pcm is not set up for that trans and it wont work.
