Wideband, Histogram & HPTuners

Okay. Ive got my wideband in. i have setup the aux in user defined. i can go to histogram and i have my aem showing up, i've done the voltage correction and both the display and hp show the same.

my problem is getting the histogram to work properly, ive tried it a hundred different ways but i cant get the afr to show up in more then one box (instead of going with the maf hz.)

anyone have a config file i can get because i'm seriously about to flip the **** out.

I was pretty sure it's displayed I've tried everything I can think of. Guess I'll just have to keep working on it.

The air shows up properly just only in the first box not as the hz go up. I had it working with rpm but not like what's in the getting started thread we have on the site.

How else would I adjust afr? Its running way to rich. I was just following the guide that nick made.

So basically go for a drive while scanning record and then adjust?

All you need to verify is your AFR error vs maf hz and AFR error vs ve get those two things in line visually scan your AFR readout at the areas your tuning for rince and repeat

Remember there are a lot of ways to get your tune right some don't care about ve some just want mad only some prefer ve to switch to maf And some go full hybrid its just my preference to tune ve seperatley then tune maf only then enable both all the way to 8192 rpm that way I know ve never goes out of the equation and if my maf ever fails or becomes dirty my fueling will still be close

I'll get it figured out just sometimes hard without someone showing me in person

Start scanning and reset the fuel trims. Now the commanded AFR will be steady at 14.7. With the Maf AFR histogram open, drive the car at part throttle to fill the histogram up to ~7500 hz. Try to accel & decel smoothly.

getting my histo setup right is what I'm having issues with. I've got a bunch of Info to work with when I get home. If I can't figure it out someone at the meet has to know how to get me going.

the narrowband is going to change the fuel trims to satisfy the narrowband... tuning/scanning/having a wideband is pointless as long as the narrowband wants to do things.

Yeah I think I'll use the open loop tuning. Unless I can just get someone to do it this weekend.
