Why dont they make the timing commander/iccu/happy knob anymore?

I was just curious why no one makes these anymore because I think its a great idea. Obviously you can always adjust timing with a regular tuner but this would be very convenient if you were trying to dial in a new setup so you didn't have to go reflash the tune just to add or subtract 1 degree of timing every single time. I would buy one if I could find one.

Because you can adjust timing with a tuner they became obsolete. I have an iccu in the basement if you want it, not 100% sure it works, might be something with the screen but I don't remember.

Id be interested just let me know. I understand on a technology level they are obsolete but on a conveniency level they are not. When I was just re doing my tune after putting my intercooler on it was "do a run no kr,pull out laptop hook it up, re flash pcm, retry for kr" and I ended up doing that 5 times. Would have been a hell of a lot simpler to do a run and turn a little dial and do another one. Then when you find the magic number you can pull out the tuner.

kids these days, it takes a minute max to add timing and load a tune. how is that too slow?
Well another benefit is that I'm currently sharing a tuner with my buddy so if he has the tuner I can still play with my timing till whenever I'm able to get the tuning equipment back. There is a bunch of benefits of having something like this besides just being lazy and impatient.

I used a caspers timing commander for spraying nitrous. It was really nice to pull timing without flashing the pcm.

Although with hpt, you can adjust timing real time.

And flashing with hpt literally takes 30 secs.

It's currently installed in a gtp center console so I can send you the whole thing just pay me for shipping. I'll box it up and get a quote.

Do you have any idea if it works lol and wouldn't it be a lot easier and cheaper to take it out of the console and just ship it as is? I would very much appreciate it but either way I guess my console has a crack in it so I'd be willing to pay for it.

I honestly never hooked it up, I got it from a friend a few years back after he got rid of his gtp. There was something wrong with it but I don't remember what it is.

I can take it off and send it if you'd prefer, shipping would be less.
