Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Why cant I see parameters

I cant see 02 readings and vac/boost. I cant see some other parameters either. I have the right OSID in there. What gives

Its a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP. It has a 2004 GT block, XP cam, 105's, dbl rlr, P&P heads/LIM/Gen V. I am using the Powertuner via the OBD2 port.

I have had that same problem with my pt a couple times too. I can't remember what I all did though. I know if you have too many of the little windows open at one time it screws things up. I am talking about the little parameter windows. Have you tried closing all the parameter windows and starting over?

Yup, this was my thought. I was trying to pinpoint a misfire. So I had all of my regular PIDs. Then added the misfire ones, and the misfire histories. Ended up being too much and wouldn't scan anything. Got rid of the PIDs I didn't need, and all was well again. Stumped me for a bit though.

I dont get it. When you go to your car, start it. Go to PT and go to scantool. Click on connect and you see the dropdown of viewable parameters. There is no 02 reading, there is no boost. You cant even select them with no windows open.

Well. just looking around on the PT options on the top it says help. clicking on that answered my question kinda. Help topics, go to scan too/scan vehicle and it says right there. Sent a ticket to DHP. hopefully it doesnt take to long. I heard it has taken people a while to get answers. I'll keep you guys up to date.

Cliff note: I am using a DHP 1.0 as the base file to write on. Thats the problem

Put the actual DHP PCM in and it showed me one more parameter but not the ones I was looking for. I sent a trouble ticket into the help desk over at DHP and got a response saying the problem with the older DHP is that they just made the OSID 0. So I have to find a file for my car, download it and start over and that should give me back my parameters.
