who hates ford



i dont like ford (including its sister companies) or chrysler (including its sister companies). honestly though, there are a few of them that id drive.
 
not a fan of ford. but i'm broke. and god forbid something happen to the gp, beggars can't be choosers.
 


well ive had 2 fords a 88 mustang and a 1980 f250 with 96 front clip 89 box on on it and i hated them both plus the new styles are ugly honestly gm and chrysler have the nicest styles
 
I am GM person, have never owned a Ford vehical mainly because of thier goofy engineering. I have built some small block Ford engines and rearends. I am using a 306 with MAF EFI in a Cobra I am building. I built it personaly so at least I know it RIGHT! I do like the late 80's 5.0 EFI, very easy to work on an modify for improved performace, very reliable too.
I had a 94 F250 company vehical that had over 250,000 miles, it had a 351w with EFI, ran great, didnt burn oil, didn;t leak, great power, all origianal, never a problem with it.
I just have GM in my blood.
 


I can't say I hate any manufacture. I'd take one of the Mustangs, think they look pretty sweet. I luved when GM said the Camaro outsold the Mustang when it first came out. It's like WTF do you expect, a new model outsells a platform that has been out for how many years and still holding it's on in regards to sales.

GM f'd up when they decided to build an evolved :th_yawning: camaro rather then building a retro version. One guy had a killer design that everyone just drooled over, yet GM decided to build the pig they did...

Becoming more of a ford fan everyday with there new lineup. I'd kill to have the f150 raptor and the new 5.0 GT's are pure sex. Still prefer GM's basic lineup better than fords, but the performance lineup is pretty sick.
 
i personally would drive a g8 or a charger over a mustang ford has tomany elctrical issues with there cars well at least from people ive talked to
 


I cant complain about the ford i own now (01 crown vic lx) I have beat the piss out of it for of 70k bought it at 80k now it have over 150k on it in 3 years
the 4.6 moves the car fairly well considering its size and 6 people can fit in it plus another 5 dead bodys in the trunk

but as a whole im not a huge ford fan either I think they are coming out with better designed cars as far as reliability goes id rock a cobra a termi a raptor or a new sho

Im not a huge fan of any car company though gm chysler and ford all have made there lemons chrysler made more then a few
 
aka dodge intrepid and 3.0l trannys biggest pos there is this one guy that brings his caravan to my buddies shop and has done 3 trannys in it with in 2 years plus it burns oil motor mounts keep going its a pos

Yea i have seen a ton of intrepids and other models on cl from 98-04 with popped head gaskets as well

Its a shame i actually like a few new dodge designs to but i dont think i could own one

the only reason i have one now is to make money on
