Who has a zzp 8 rib balancer

I bought the 8 rib Overdrive SFI balancer a few years ago, but it is causing damage to my crank and the seal behind it. I need to know if this is a common thing or I just got a bad one. Contacting them now, but I am not sure what they are going to say. I don’t believe the crank is bad because it is a rebuilt motor. I need your guys help on this, please.
