The TR55 or The TR6 i asked both zzp's coustomer service and 3800performance's coustomer service both gave me a different heat ranges. So heres my mods list.

SLP headers, Wizaird cai, zzp1.0pcm ,slp powerflo catback,
3.4mps, al 104's, 180*, zzp stage 1 hv tb,tb spacer, tb heatshield, Triple Edge Performance High performance Tranny.

From zzp:

"The TR55 is recommended for GTs. It can be used on near stock GTPs but we recommend a colder plug for boosted applications.

The TR6 is our most popular plug. It is well suited for 3.4" pulley'd Grand Prix. This plug will give you full mileage and doesn't require any special precautions for use."

the ngk's are iridium right? those are supposed to last a little longer than the all copper plugs (autolite).

Idk i heard around that the ngk last a bit longer than autolites.
&
The ngk's do have iridium plugs just like autolites have them too, but the ngk iridiums are called TR55IX all the way to TR8IX They last longer than the coper but you cannot really gap them because the tip is too delicate for the gap to be changed.

well they dont seem to last long. But i might buy them again along with PRJ wires and just for the hell of it i'm gonna buy new coil packs stock of course.
