which fitting is which?????

I have a 2000 gtp on the rad side where the trans oil cooling lines go what on is which. I was just speaking to parts guy at gm and the two fittings are a different size one is metric and one is imperial. i need to know what the one at the bottom of the rad is. The difference in price is huge about 30 bucks any help would be great.
