alright, first off im gonna post this on the regal forum, and grand prix forum. i currently have an 03 regal gs, several mods, and i love the car. i recently purchased a lightly damaged 98 grand prix gtp. its already lowered (eibach/monroe) tinted windows and i could have it completely finished, mint and similar mods as the regal (including wheels) for less than blue book. my original intention was to fix the gp and sell it for profit, but im kinda liking the car, and the many more options to modify it than the regal. so, here i am with a few options........i have a lesabre i drive for everyday, so neiter car would be my dd.
if i sold the regal and kept the gp, i would be debt free except my house.
if i sold the gp, i could use the profit to get my regal hood and a few more engine mods.
the grand prix has the potential to be more sporty and "modified" looking
the regal has the advantage of "sleeper" and enjoys surprising random v8s
there is 4-5 other grand prixs around my area that are modified (i would make mine look different of course but its just odd that everyone has one around here it seems)
i wish i could keep both cars, but im out of room and dont care to insure ANOTHER car.
i intend on buying an 06 gto within a year, and dont know if i'll have anymore l67 cars?

im stressing hardcore and want to heard u guys' input..... keep in mind i run a car club and always want to have a very nice car that "stands out" from the rest.
for those who made it through the novel i wrote, thanks in advance for ur input and suggestions!!!!

get rid of the least reliable.

if you plan on getting a gto in a few months, dont worry about either car. just fix both of them up and sell em.

suck my dick

ps, put both them up for sale and whatever sells first you get rid of, then trade the other one in for the gto when the time comes

id agree with carl GTO's are a sign from god but all of us just cant get the cash for one yet.. haha. but id say keep the GP =] its its a 2 door regals are to much like a elderly persons car no offense

forget the gto get this.

Lets not use vulgar statements guys..... there really isnt any need to use them in the first place.

After owning several Fbodies, wbodies, and now a GTO.....

GTO is the better buy.

I would sell all the cars...and buy a gto.

Well, i'd say keep the most realible car in you're fleet. If the Regal has given you 0 problems and has overall been a good car, i'd keep it because finding a good solid car is hard to find. It sound like the GTPs history is unknown so keeping it is a gamble. Depends on how well it was taken care of before.

If your dead set on not having an L67 car in a year, why do you want to mod one now? Makes no sense to me. Think ahead, If you don't want an L67 car in a year, don't mod one now, save the money! Demod the Regal, clean up both cars, sell them both, and get your GTO. Simple as that. No wasting money in between...

i would keep the gtp im just a pontica fan say not to put downregal cause thats a nice car as well i got smoked by one before i did some mods on my gtp comp g

thanks for all the input guys!!!!! im still in heavy debate....... i gotta get the gtp painted up then make my final decision. keeping the gtp would make me debt free, but i realllllllly like my regal... damnit lol. good thing i dont get this stressed over girls ;)

How much longer to pay on the regal? With in a year I would keep the regal and sell the GP. Otherwise sell the regal and become debt free.
