Where is the flasher relay located on an 01 GP?

Thanks a lot Bronco Boy. I got it and replaced with no problem. That picture really made the difference. I replaced all my outside lights with LED's so that's why i needed to replace the flasher. Again, thanks!
 
I need to replace this part as well but I'm having a hard time pulling it out. The clip seems to be stuck. Is there a special way to get it out?

Just pull it off the clip. Wiggle it helps also. try with a screwdriver as well. I just pulled mine out by hand.
